Ross, Marshall's, etc. generally have good selections and are cheaper than retail. Other than that, lurk websites sale sections or just buy Dickies and be done with it.

Dickies.com get the slim fit flat-front.  Use    www.retailmenot.com (http://www.retailmenot.com)  for coupons and discount codes

if the thrift store truly fails you, just go check out the sale stuff on the levi's website. you can almost always get a pair in your size for <$30, and there really isn't a reason to buy any other pair of jeans/pants unless you're willing to spend a lot of money

You could support your local mall and go to H&M / Old Navy. Or you can try Goodwill or some random thrift store.

old navy has some decent chinos for like 20 bucks, but they're pretty much a regular fit pant. ross has some decent shit, burlington coat factory usually has a section of discount matix and krew shit.

Curious if anyone else has ever pulled this move I used in the 90s-

I used to live in Germany for years but would come back to the states from time to time and I'd buy up a shit load of Levis , bring them back with me and then resell them in Germany, making 2-4 times what I paid for them (and the Germans were still making a deal compared to the price in the stores.)  This was back before the Euro though, maybe it was a bit different with Marks.  I used to do it with skateboards too, but they're so much heavier than pants to fly with, and I'd actually make more money that way.  I made so much off one trip in '97 that I didn't have to work for a whole year.

It?s the same with the euro. IEven more worse.
I had an uncle living in usa around 97 till 99 he had redirectected me packages from there to Germany that could pass the duty, it was dirt cheap.

A normal deck costs here like 65 euro a Real 55 euro and for a P2 or what ever technology... you will pay 80 euro.

I think they are selling more then they should charge for it. I would recommend leave them as they are and try using different stores. I dont suggest you to buy from Pacsun but I have got some nice pants with using discounts as well http://www.ezcouponsearch.com/PacSun-Coupons_cm_512.aspx (http://www.ezcouponsearch.com/PacSun-Coupons_cm_512.aspx) so you can try and they are well in your budget but I def not know your choice at all and might you not like it.
