No idea. if you look at google maps of San Jose and draw a rectangle from keyes to senter, senter to to tully, tully to monterrey, and back up to keyes, there are a shit ton of loading docks in there.

Not skateable anymore. There's always bigass crates in the way of this, and they took the rail out of the other part people would skate.
