Title: what size truck for 7.9 deck

Can i use my 8.0 trucks with a 7.9 deck or would 7.75 work better?

on an indy scale:
129 - 7.5-7.75
139 - 7.75-8.25
149 - 8.25+

Indy 139's or Thunder 147's

are silver m class 5.0 the same as thunder 147s

if you went with 8" trucks you're talking about 1/2 millimeter over - per side. basically nothing

my top 3 choices would be:

thunder 147 polished highs
indy koston 139's
ace 33's

all with bones medium (hardness not size stevie williams) bushings of course

No, those are the same as a Thunder 145. Will be narrower than the board.

Thunder 147s without a question. They're the best.
