I'm pretty sure he's just getting some sort of legends board on Zoo York. It's supposed to be a part of that new program they've got going, that only core shops can get or whatever. Last I heard, he was working out a deal with Josh Stewart about getting Traffic distributed through Theories of Atlantis.

on the one hand you want to blame everybody for not buying the boards in favor of trendy shit like palace but on the other hand, traffic was handled very very poorly and they just never got off the ground the way they should have.

he isnt on zoo york. zoo york kings is a more exclusive line of zoo, one which only will be available at skate shops, ect. it will hopefully help take away from the wackness of zoo york in kohl's, ect and try and be more like how old zoo was. there will be collabos with certain dudes like ricki, OG zoo guys (note its called zoo york kings) and he was the first one. thats why they have harold hunter shit as well.
