I'm going to Mardid in a couple of weeks. Have seen some sick Madrid spots in some videos. Any spot tips out there?

Madrid is really fun. I have been twice. My favorite Skateparks are Alcobendas, which is an old all tranny park near Madrid and that new street Plaza: Skateplaza de Tetuan.  The legendary street plaza Col?n in the center is a bust now and even if you don't get kicked out the ledges are barely skateable anymore. There alot of good new spots though.

Check out the Welcome skate shop. They are good people and they will tell you how to find street spots. They also have a skate spot map on their site: http://www.welcomesk8.com/ (http://www.welcomesk8.com/)

Alcobendas:

Hey!

Any Madrid heads around here who could sell me an old board for a few euros/beers? I'm flying to Madrid for short trip and I would love to skate a bit, but I'm on a budget so I don't really have the money to buy a new deck there or pay the extra fee of carrying my board.
Thanks!
