still considered 2006 in north america for those west of the eastern standard time? or does eastern standard time change it for all of north america. i have never really thought about it

It was real, but then the doc went back in time and convinced himself not to do that, is it would shorten Einstein's life considerably, and time travel never actually occured. Oh, and Marty McFly was never born.
