2. They ride venture
3. They think it's harder to skate in Boston as a reason on why they can't skate anything other than a tiny ledge and manny pad
They complain about there gay ass parks
4 name one person, one shop, one company doing anything original there, you can't and this point is the most important, they have no creativity art style or new trucks all the same boaring boards everyone dresses like it's 1998 and no one is original cause no one, not one company or shop (think stone soup) can do good original things and I was at stone soup with Mike and we did are shit but prove me wrong, only good thing is that there are more white skaters than Florida

I'm from Boston and gosh I wish it was 98. I still dress the same, but now I'm older and fatter and have had multiple surgeries. Palace is cool, but I'm stuck in 98 so its still DLX for me. I like sunsets, walks on the beach and Indy's. The bitter cold makes all Bostonians bitter and there is no way we've been out west and things were easier to skate. I'm going to go hit a rock or crack now and focus my board. Time to try Palace. Maybe I'll suck less.

the deck with the sour patch kids was dope, the video collection deck and the muska decks were fire, and even the colin fiske deck and the bruise deck were wavey too. plus that new cops one is real right, maybe the two simpsons themed decks they had arent for everybody, but i know from experience that they are decks with good shapes, plus screen print graphics and american made decks.
i know im responding to a troll for anyone that reads this, but i figured id use it to throw some love out to those fancy lad dudes for doing shit in skateboarding that im actually down for.

My impression so far is that Boston has:
1) more fun spots than any city I've ever lived in
2) a super diverse, friendly scene with a ton of people killing it in a variety of creative ways
3) a really chill, low hassle atmosphere in terms of cops/ busts.
4) an endless stream of beautiful women jogging by wherever you go.
The thing with not being able to buy beer after 11 still rattles me a little, but I'm learning to plan ahead a bit more...

The thing with not being able to buy beer after 11 still rattles me a little, but I'm learning to plan ahead a bit more...
not sure what scenes you've been in, but I've found that anything worth skating in the Boston area is usually a bust unless it is some out of the way crusty spot. Have personally found that Boston skaters are pretty cliquey and don't really seem to talk to anybody outside of their little groups or welcome outsiders. That being said, the city is full of dudes who kill it a million different ways, and theres some good shops backing shit up
