es correct
-
only ever managed them fakie, it's a weird feeling and I'm super inconsistent with them
-
thats how i learned them, they are easy, all you do is push off the tail, just trying not to pop it, and you jump back while pushing and your front foot goes back to catch it, thats how i did my fucked up ones, and those looks like the two feet are working at the same time, i think he does it more of a power slide so he can stay in place, and how i got them is hopping back with it, i'd have to go do some to explain it better. i really wish i could get bigspins though, spent fucking WEEKS on them and they will not work.
-
I've done one. Yes.
-
I’ve done those when doing them I over exaggerate it a bit but as soon as I land it O go to push right afterwards so it looks flawless
-
That's how I learned to shuv when I was a kid and the only way I can do it to this day. My pop-shuv is terrible.
-
I'd like to joke around and say this is my regular fs shove it, but it's not.
-
never thought of that that's weird
-
yes, I can do those. I can also do them down stairs. They're not that hard.
-
Backside ones like this were the default shove-it as opposed to the pop shove-it, right? Never thought of doing this frontside. Will give it a go tomorrow.
-
Dom Henry also does those, 4:22 (timestamped) in this otherwise barely watchable video I made eons ago (Masaki Ui's super long part around 25:07 may be the only somewhat digestible section), makes them look neat:

yes
I can also do a f/s big spin where the shit doesn't pop and basically skids around on the ground mad ugly
-
You need smooth ground to do these.
-
Only switch or nollie on smooth ground, and cause I'm bad at popping them properly.
-
Yeah but as far as in regular stance I can only do it on smooth ground with hard wheels. It's basically streetsweeper style. Fakie and nollie are no problem.
It's basic physics.
They're pretty wack looking though... I honestly think BS ones look way better due to the scooping motion. It's just a filler trick in a line or a decent way to get your board flipped around anyways.
