WHat lens would oyu guys recommend for long lens shots. I already got the Rokinon fisheye for filming lines and that shit is dope. But I feel that the 18-55mm doesnt produce shots that are that good of a quality. Any recommendations?

Depends on the shot. Ive got three long lens'. The 18-55mm which i hardly find myself using, my Canon 18-135mm and my Canon 75-300mm for when i was a super telephoto shot and probably my favourite of the three. You can pick it up super super cheap too. so if you want just one id say grab the 75-300 but if you can grab both you'll often find yourself in positions where 55mm is too wide but 75mm is too long thats where the 18-135 comes in handy.

Personally, I think a 18-135mm is perfect. The added zoom is a game changer. I struggled with just a 18-55mm for years, now I can't even imagine shooting with one. Something like a 50-250mm or a 75-300mm are nice for very specific shots that you might want to get, but an 18-135mm is ideal for everyday use. Here is a video I shot with the 18-135mm the very first day I got it. Hopefully It'll give you an idea of how it performs.

canon t3i (maybe t4i & others?) has a nice digital zoom in 1080/30 where it crops in on the sensor, really stable too. the footage ends up looking closer to HVX/HPX quality than you might expect. So that might be worth trying while you save for a real fixed aperture zoom lens
