Title: Marsh Street Skate Park - Los Feliz

moving near this park soon (the all metal one).  any opinions on the vibe of the place?  google reviews say sketchy, but doesn't seem like it's in that bad of an area.

I feel like I have seen some insta clips of spanky and hsu skating there recently.

You're fine, Los Feliz is nice and hipstery. Maybe don't go at night though still a transitional neighborhood.

That area is not Los Feliz. That area between the 5 and the river is known as Frogtown. I haven't spent much time around there but apparently it's gentrification central at the moment.

Oh wow, I didn't know Riverside Drive had its own neighborhood name.  I used to live at Los Feliz and Hilhurst, so I know the area, but I was deep into grad school and didn't have time for anything else at the time to check it out.

the park is sick, and not too far is another park called palmer park thats sick too, i live between both

Don't go to Palmer. It sucks.

Either there's stupid little kids running through it because it's next to a playground or there's too many people. And there only needs to be 5 people for it to be too many.

My favorite park is La Crescenta. Though I've only gone on weekday mornings.

oh that looks great.  i wanted to get into skating more transition stuff and this place looks perfect for that
