Pretty sure its Nak, Elijah, K-Walks, n some other F.A kids. Shit is both ridiculous and ridiculously hype at the same time.

this is all true, so you get two sets of 8 shields to customize your bearings and they give you coloured axle nuts. they arent cheap but they arent too expensive.

this is all true, so you get two sets of 8 shields to customize your bearings and they give you coloured axle nuts. they arent cheap but they arent too expensive.
Don’t forget the part where they also give different colored balls just in case you want to run shieldless.

The only bearing company that was interesting to me in the last couple decades was that non-skate bearing manufacturer that put Arto on a few years ago (I don't remember the name). Still wish I'd tried a set of those.

I at one time was the dummy that tried to save money on bearings not realizing the greatness of bones bearings and how long they last. Granted back in the day I really couldn't afford 30 dollar bearings going through decks every two weeks. Man I miss doing nothing but skating. Now I'm just an old who gets out when I can :-[

Bronsons are for real amazing. When they first came out, they were similarly priced to reds, but better. Then the price went up and they weren't worth it after. I got a pair of the shieldless ones though as a gift and they're really impressive.

I remember those SKF bearings. I wanted to try those too and never did.
I worked at a dairy from 2010 - 2014, my friend was a maintenance worker there. I was hanging out with him in one of the maintenance work areas and they had tons and tons of different bearings on hand for when machines there would break down, or for whatever reason needed bearings replaced. Almost all of them were SKF. No point to this story at all, just thought that was kind of cool.

how can you show off what bearings you ride anyway? do you constantly clean them and carry around a flashlight for illumination? is that what the colored nuts are for?
like someone else said, with bones existing there isn't a need for other brands. i get that lucky appeals to kids, having been a kid that lucky appealed to. i get how zero or flip bearings appeal to the zero/flip heads (but the black widow zero bearings of the early 2000's were actually wicked). and all the spec's that technical bearings like bronson put out can be appealing to skaters who want as much info as possible... but at the end of the day, those 60 dollar black bones are far and away the best.
i really hope these bearings are $300

As for bearings, with the Supreme/FA kids pushing it the brand may have a chance. You have small bearing companies still around like Olympia who have smaller followings and can provide a closer customer service experience (biased opinion as an example due to them reaching out to me) which can keep people hooked on the company.

I’ve been skating so many SKF bearings in my life, living in Finland which is next to Sweden ( skf means Svenska Kullagerfabriken which translates swedish ball bearing company) and there’s absolutely nothing special in them,just regular industrial bearings. I work at factory and we have tons of those thing lying around,usually have couple in my backpack if someone blew up bearings middle of session.

I've accepted the fact that I will spend $20 on new reds every 8 months or so. They're gonna get fucked regardless, and I'm not spending the time to clean em either. Just donate them to the shop and be done with it.

I forgot I was on a bolt company (I only use one, top right blk) I've been given a lot of shirts, I see people and the stickers all over, I bitched about the boards not having multiple colored plies so I don't ride them, I'd take 8 bearings if they made them, could care less if they're in tin cases

I am curious with how they will be, The non pro ones that are 15 and 20 don't come with the extra nuts and shields. So for another $10 to $15 you get nuts, extra shields and maybe a better bearing
edit: last time I paid for axle nuts I think the full set was $1 or less
