I've been seeing some hate against America and talk about "white privilege" in several of these threads surrounding the topic of racism, so here is my response:
Slavery ended in 1865, women were given the right to vote in 1920, Civil Rights act of 1964 granted everyone equal employment rights, then following with the Age Discrimination Act of 1967, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, the gender wage gap has been proven wrong, being a Nazi would require you to be part of the National Socialist German Workers' Party which no longer exists, so anyone wearing it proudly is just fooling themselves and filled with misguided hate. American history contains far more than the period of slavery (see above for when it ended). There have also been plenty of other countries in history that have participated in slavery, including Africa, where slavery still exists and originated from.
Focusing on a dark point in history to the point where you somehow believe it still exists in America is unhealthy and completely regressive. I suggest escaping the clutches of groupthink as soon as possible and practicing free individual thought and responsibility. Thank you for your time.

Your arguments is "white privilege is negatively portrayed in the social consciousness incorrectly" and you support it with:
A) racism doesn't exist in the current era and is made up by circular logic (wrong)
AND
B) Other countries are bad so focusing on this country is bad, (also wrong.)
Is this tangible, mister? Do you think people are focused on white privilege because it gets brought up around you and you think people are talking about you, personally? I think so. IF english is your second language, Americans in perticular like to mix up our slang. So one day Bad is Good and Wack is still wack but now good in a bad way and Nazi is often used for nationalists or bigots. Because we are so dumb.

In regards to white privilege, I'm stating it doesn't exist. Because it doesn't. Everyone has an equal opportunity to become successful in the USA, IF...they possess intelligence, a good work ethic, and a presentable appearance along with proper hygiene. And yes, racism will always exist, unfortunately, but in regards to building a life for yourself and the hard work involved with following your dreams, there are laws in place to prevent anyone holding you back from that because of your race, gender, age, religion, etc. The system isn't built for only "evil white males" to succeed. That idea is preposterous.

Whatever "good" is found in Trump's regime is ensconced in the allegory regarding Mussolini, wherein despite being a fascist terror, some people in Italy were happy because he "made the trains run on time". We're headed down such a dangerous road.
The economy is humming along for now, but mostly for white people. ICE just raided a town near me and even in this deeply red state, people were still shocked and dismayed at the level of callousness exhibited by the operation. We're spinning further and further away from anything resembling an egalitarian society.
I do not pray, but if I did, I would pray for Trump, Pence, Ryan, and McConnell to die in a house fire later this afternoon.

America is one of many great countries in this world. People come here legally in order to live free and prosper, and illegally to also do the same. Even though illegals are a leech to the system that needs to change, they still know it's better which is why they're here.
