do you stretch before, during, or after your skate session?
any tips? like what type of stretching drills you do for skating? or any thoughts and comments about it?

I do dynamic stretches before skating and then static stretches after. I do a routine for both sets for upper, middle and lower body.

I do a little leg stretch routine like three times a week at the gym. Plus every night I do a handful of lower back/hip stretches and use a foam roller and lacrosse balls to pound out all the crust.... When I skate I more so just warm up....maybe do some quick little calf raises....
