David Gravette has proven himself to be one of the best examples of the modern-day all-terrain skater: a guy who just wants to rip whatever is there in front of him, be it a gnarly bowl, a huge kinked rail, or just a cruise down a hill. Over the past couple years lots of people have taken note of his skills and he’s been in heavy demand, with 2009 seeing him drop two full-length video parts (Creature’s latest opus and the hot-out-the-oven new Thrasher video), as well as a pro shoe coming soon. SLAP’s Joe Brook has spent a lot of time with him this past year and kept a few of his favorite photos aside for this new interview, so sit back and take them in, along with a 10 minute talk on his past, present and future.
