How fucking good is Last of the Mohicans? I know we did an article on the flick so we're not exactly unbiased but man, I haven't watched a video this many times in such a short period since I was a kid. Sure Inhabitants, Static III and Fully Flaired have all gotten their fair share of views in the past months but so far Mohicans might take the title.

But that's got nothing to do with the following photos. The other week I checked out a couple art shows, the first a show of customized Vans, artwork and griptape art courtesy of Mr. James Brason at Deluxe Distribution's retail shop, DLXSF on Market St.

After James's show I tried to check out a showing of Andrew Schoultz at a downtown gallery. But aftter getting a call saying it was too packed to even get in the door, I opted for a happy hour vodka and tonic session with a couple close friends. Good start but a bad idea with the vodka.

Artists Alexis MacKenzie and John Casey. We ended up going to the after party, whiich was at another gallery. The gallery had the work of Kill Pixie and Cleon Peterson up.

A neighbor wasn't digging the people and music so she wheeled herself in and complained to the owner. A half hour earlier she was seen walking in and grabbing a beer.

Act 2 was a full-ish band

3 vodka tonics and a few Tecates later I had to piss. but the fucking coke-heads in the bathroom where snorting it off their privet parts so I hit the alleyway.

After the piss I insulted a friend in front of his soon-to-be-wife, multiple times. Gotta love the vodka, loosens the lips. Sorry about that Jess and John, I'm an ass.
On the way home reviling in my ass-itude I came across a couple drunks/crackhead/homeless/bums fighting in the intersection. It lifted my spirits a little.
