Scuba Steve invited me on the last part of their éS summer tour. I got in the van in Lincoln, Nebraska and didn’t get out for 3,000 miles. We went north to Iowa, Minnesota, and up into Winnipeg, all the way across Canada to Vancouver, down through Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and ended in San Jose. It was a long haul through those empty plains, and Scuba drove the whole way—he's a beast behind the wheel! I slept a lot and saw a lot of awesome sights after we got into the Canadian Rockies. Scuba played guitar and harmonica like Neil Young while women swooned for him. Scuba also switch crooked with the big boys at every stop! Different team riders flew in and out of different points on the trip and everything went smooth as silk (especially when Scuba took us canoeing on Lake Louise; now that's a good TM!), aside from when little Kevin was the victim of police brutality in Minneapolis. No joke, check the footy! We called Internal Affairs!
