Haven’t listened to anything he’s done since Pantera, but this one hits close to home.

Cool guy Metal fucks used to clown you for jocking Pantera, but they were a huge part of my childhood and along with Slayer and Metallica, one of my gateways into more aggressive music.

The pedal work on this song blew my fucking mind when I first heard it.

Fuck anyone talking shit about pantera, they were the truth. I remember when dimebag got shot my brother was super bummed. I didn't get it. A year later I was into vulgar display of power and I finally got my brothers pain. I'll listen to pantera til I die. Me and my bro were texting once we found out about Vinnie, I was going through the great southern trendkill and he was going through far beyond driven. Such an amazing band, I wish I could have seen them live. Dime skated, too, as an aside.
