I turn 27 on Tuesday and I skate almost every day. I work a day job and my favorite DIY park is less than a mile down the street from me so it's really quite convenient to stay rolling.

41. I was getting it in about 2 times a week until recently but now I've got some kind of back problem that is threatening to pull the plug on my middle age and send me straight to crippled crazy senior citizen status.

Lower back pain, numbness in feet, general weakness - this shit sucks.

42 years old. Trying to skate once a week spring through fall then I pretty much quit for 4 months straight in winter. Really I probably skate 3 times a month.

This is a really good way to stay on the board. Clearly someone who is young enough to have the energy to skate every single day is great, but even just maintaining the friendships you have with people that skate is helpful.

I am 27 and I just moved to Chicago which has gotten me super hyped to skate more often. I skate the park probably 2-3 times a week in between travel for work. Hoping to start exploring the spots the city has to offer soon. Chicago pals lets rip!

I'm 24 and I dont skate often enough.
I might skate 1 or 2 times a week (usually on the weekends), but sometimes I have work travels that make me spend long periods without touching the board. This makes my consistency shit, which lowers also my motivation to go out and skate more.
I also need to find a skate buddy like I used to have back home, that made me go out more often, because I hate skating alone. :/

Just turned 30 skate 1-2 times per week a couple hours each time, At this point i'm just maintaining occasionally relearning an old trick barely learning new ones...trying to change that though

True, but I never liked skating alone. I feel like when I have a skate sesh by myself after 1 hour I'm done... If I'm with friends I can keep going for the whole day, jumping arround spots and stuff. Its just so much more intertaining...

30, I skate about twice a week but I rarely push myself because I’m tired of getting hurt. Maybe once every couple years i’ll go on a week binge of really trying to skate hard and I usually end up injured

31, 50lbs over weight, 3 kids, full time job. I skate like every 6 months if I’m lucky.

Been hitting the gym trying to shed that extra weight so I can get back out on the board more frequently

I was skating with an old pal this last week who is overweight now. He's got 3 kids and doesn't skate much. He kept saying he felt like he was trying to ollie with one of his kids strapped to his chest.

Keep it up fella. If you get out every 6 months, that's two more times a year than if you didn't get out at all.

About twice a week I get high and do tailslides on the curb in the garage and it pisses my wife off so bad. I tell her I don't hear anything but it's probably the neighbors fighting and if they keep it up I'll call the cops and it pisses her off even more.

I'm 28 and I usually skate 2 times a week. I really should skate more. I usually skate weekend mornings really early. I work 10 overnight shifts during the week. Some weeks I don't get to skate at all because of weather or other obligations. I just set up a new cruiser and this week I have definitely skated more because of that. I also want to take this moment to thank my foam roller and tiger balm.
