This is Texas from 8am-10am at every skatepark with a bowl, except minus beer. The last two trips were Metallica and Social Distortion.

A lot of times it feels like people are trying to play their toughest, most heterosexual music - which is so gay.

I agree, I've noticed skateboarding tends to draw in really dumb and boring people personality wise. Problem is the activity of skateboarding isn't the most intelligent, we are after all smashing our wooden toys into public property.

I don't understand being dense at all some skaters are dumb as bricks talented yes but dumb as fuck!  When doing quasi interviews or just bullshitting at a spot you ask randoms skater hey what do you think of etc current topic without being insistent just a quick reply they have stupid look of confusion like huh?! snap fingers hey! we're talking and you had left me hanging in conversation...... continue please.

I’m going to be honest right now. This pisses me off every time I go to one of the fucking skate parks in north county or San Diego. Just listening to their open mouths moving with stuff coming out. Some of these kids can’t even articulate a complete sentence. And they are always name dropping and saying “the homie” or “tight fool”

I’m mainly talking about the dudes that have nothing but skating related tattoos and have the preconceived notion that they are actually going to get sponsored one day.

Don’t buy Anti-Hero. In exchange for letting them skate this guy’s pool, they broke his ladder, never said anything about it, and left him with a bunch of empty Natty Ice cans all over his backyard.

Some guys at a shop were bitching about how AH allegedly left a bunch of empty cans and trash at their wooden bowl, which is in a secluded/wooded area.

Watching those guys clean spots to skate is like Daryl volunteering at a women’s shelter.
