anyways, it was actually very possible to warp a deck on purpose by applying the heat transfer sheet incorrectly when printing them. so you align the ht-sheet along the reference points on the board, than you put it in between two very hot rubberwheels. upper wheel comes down with lots of heat and pressure and if you over do it on one side or don't respect the boards concave, you can pretty much flatten the boards concave, warp it and twist it at one point, when doing the printing. you're actually meant to print them a certain way and run them only for a certain amount of times through the machine, the less times, the better, in order to prevent them from warping.
