I’ll say it here to.  If she had grown up at klan rallies instead of on social media would she be excused for burning crosses.

She was wearing a helmet when this happened. The suggestion that third-party regulation might have changed the outcome of this terrible accident is baseless.

I know she was wearing a helmet.....I watched the clip - but if you click on the CNN link at the top you will see a picture of Sky skating without a helmet on.......I have followed her skating for some time and she frequently skates parks without a helmet......which I whole heartedly approve of....though as we can see it pays to wear a helmet when skating vert......your interpretation of my post is, as you say, 'baseless'.
