Franky V has the potential to drop a soty level part.
Absolutely.  Watching that Primitive promo which came out a couple of months ago and I was thinking that he's the one who stands out the most out of that stacked team by having that element of wildness or unpredictablity.  You know you're getting face-melting ridiculousness with Zigram or Ribiero, but Franky V has that little extra wildness.
