Great film! Watched it this morning. Only twenty-eight minutes is doable and there’s a q&a with the director - Nolan Wilson that’s a good listen. Gives more insight behind the scenes and about the crew.
For anyone loosely following Blind in the early 2000s, Aaron Artis is a fairly central part of the build and film. Still looks great on a skateboard, of course.
The film moves along nicely, it’s definitely got that oppressive, gray, overcast Northwest look to it but the substance of the film was never too dark or too harsh. Sick spot, sick crew.
I probably needed to hear the ‘keep on keepin on’ ethos of skateboarding right now.
