That's what having a governing body that overlooks all the franchises can do.

Skateboarding doesn't have a "Commissioner's Office's Department of Investigations".

Not having an chief administration is what makes skateboarding great in some ways and but also makes it kinda shitty in dealing with stuff like this or nazi's.

And they don't do this out of the kindness of their hearts. They only care about their bottom line and the negative PR that comes from it, which could turn into them losing sponsors. Losing sponsors = Losing Money.
