not a fan. seems very novelty-ish. people seem to like him well enough although i prefer turntables. and different music.

really only good when you're high and can go "holy shit that's a pixies bass line! genius!" his biggie elton john mash up is pretty rad though.

when you're out and you hear his stuff, it's sort of like "oh hey, this is pretty cool"... but it becomes pretty old after a few listens.

dude basically layers two songs and lets ableton do the beatmatching, no skill there whatsoever.

its just a standard mash-up with some added drums
also
girl talk uses sound forge, not ableton

I listen to it when I go to the gym...and mashup shit like that is pretty fun when you're out...but I could never listen to it at home.

Best mashup I ever heard was Iggy Pop-Lust for Life with The Beastie Boys at a punk club in Osaka.
