Just set this up after my AWS went for a swim on sunday. Local company and my mate's pro board. Seems good so far.

Yeah I like it. Their only series so far is different colours of the same graphic. It's nice to be able to support local riders/companies for a change.

My first set up that after getting back into skating 3ish years ago. Certainly my favorite deck/series of all time, somewhat sad I skated it. Anyone remember the name of the artist? He had a feature in an old Transworld I had laying around but I can't find it at the moment.
Nevermind, found it. Thank God for the internet archive keeping such a deep copy of the SPoT Skateshop from 4 years back.

Can someone explain why people cut their grip like this? I have seen it many times on slap and don't understand it.

They don't actually skate, so they have a lot of time on their hands

The way I figure it, it's your skateboard nobody elses so doing something to make it personal  or likeable in your own only eyes makes sense. To some people thats a plain sheet, some people lines or stencils or whatever it might be. If being happy when I look down at my board means half an hour cutting designs then so be it

Cruiser
8.5" Krooked Zig Zagger
Thunder 149 Hollow Lights
56mm Bones ATF
bones swiss
medium bones bushings

Regular
8" Chocolate Marc Johnson
Independent 139 stage 10
52mm Bones 100s*
Independent Abec 7s
medium bones bushings

*One of my wheels became a whore and doesn't keep one of the bearings in anymore so there is 1 old spitfire on it until I pick up another set of bones.

The toy sticker is from a lil random kid at the skate park the other day.

I really like them so far.  I originally had some 59mm satori skunk goo balls but I found them too big/soft.  The bones feel like a better mix between a big soft wheel and your regular street skating wheel.  I can actually get some speed on the shitty roads around me and still slide on some ledges if I want to.
