edit.

This too. I forgot about this album and it's dope to listen to again after all this time. The Dream Warriors. Album: Subliminal Stimulation. 1994.
This particular track was produced by DJ Premier.

I've been bumping an older Underground Airplay tape I've had forever. This is the first song on the Side B. Mellow E was featured on some Nice N Smooth remixes and changed his name to Prime having 1 song on Lyricist Lounge Vol 1 before disappearing from the scene soon after. This is a classic. The metaphors in this are crazy.

Perfect for a rainy day like this.
