Ohhh yeah.

And I saw Daniel Johnston recently, little over a week ago.
He was in surprisingly good shape, though quite shaky, I guess cause of his meds, so he only played guitar for two songs.
There was an acoustic set first, then intermission, then a full band performance, but I left during the intermission cause I was drunk and sick. He also used a lyrics book, which I thought was weird.

Yeah, you really can't go wrong with any of their releases.
But if you're looking for specific song suggestions, my top three: Half a Person, I Know It's Over, Well I Wonder.
And for the well known songs, "There is A Light...","Asleep", and "How Soon is Now" are probably their most popular songs.

yeah i saw him about a year ago with his band, the nightmares. one of the most personal and feel good shows i've been to. he only played 4 songs, that were his original songs, the rest were current songs with the band but it was still super sick. he had the lyric book with him there, but i guess when you're that dude it's pretty hard to remember songs. he was so nervous too, he would hold the mic and it would just be shaking so hard. he also told some jokes that just made me smile so hard it was super inspiring. my friend took some photos that made it on pitchfork and i ahve them framed in on my wall, that show is a very good memory of mine.

Got the new tokyo police club, pretty good stuff. The single from it is fucking catchy. Also had a listen to the new Hot Chip, going to have to have a couple more listens before I formulate an opinion on it.
