I really love Agoraphobic Nosebleed. Listened to them, The Locust and Cattle Decapitation all day at work. Getting gnar with the pasta.

Thanks Hate! You're a man I trust with Grindcore recommendations.

PS- Every time I here our President speak, I think, "Let's bring our boys (Hate! & a friend in the Air Force) home". Since he won't listen. Handle that for us. Alright? Word.

Thanks man, we are working on it hard.  I kinda deal with that directly in a way...

Anyways,  I forgot to reccommend Landmine Marathon.  They are this fucking AWESOME grind band with a sick little groove to them and they have an awesome frontWOMAN.

I feel dumb for not listening to the Beastie Boys before. I got their first three albums about a week ago, and they're nearly all I've listened to since then.

their last album was good too, instrumental stuff good for chilling out to....

the beatles (what else) the LOVE album....  quite a piece of work actually....
