yeah that's for drug tests only

quitting smoking is the easiest thing to do, i've done it about 100 times

didn't mark twain say that?

i'm in the process of quitting right now, it's a bitch.  but i feel like i'm mostly through the battle, i don't buy packs anymore.  i just have terrible (and by terrible i actually mean fun) social situations and friends that make me want to burn one from time to time.  i probably smoke 10 a week.

soon enough.

thats what I thought a couple of weeks ago, but now Its hard to breathe at times, I'm gagging, puking sometimes after showers, Its just gotten gnarly latly and I'm over it. I know its going to be hard and I could definitly use the extra money. The pro's are better than the cons. And that'll probably what will see me through it.

There really are no cons to quitting smoking. I guess just keep that in mind and good luck.

Don't some people gain weight when they quit or is that just because they substitute the cravings with food?

I would guess that the increased eating due to replacing one vice with another is what cause the majority of the weight gain.

I think you can quit cold turkey if you focus on the bad. Look up cancer stories and statistics. It's not worth it. you're just killing yourself. Good luck
