p rod should go back to girl and bring pj ladd
I think the way Plan B works is the profit is split evenly amongst riders. I cant imagine with that many pro's that they have a gauranteed salary so it might not matter that they have alot of big salary riders. Pat Duffy is probably the only one who would have to retire though.
P Rod starting his own company. Dude is raw and is in his prime.
Why am I clueless? I remeber someone on Plan B saying every rider on the team owns a part of the company so I would assume that is how the payment structure works, similar to how Girl is set up. You get board sales and part of the overall profit but no salary. And if the team were to actually go out of business Pat Duffy would have to retire. He is pretty old and injured and had a hard time finding a sponsor after Mumfords company went out of business. Mabye Colin McKay would have to retire but he is a real good vert skater and has alot of friends in the industry so he would get picked up by someone.
half of you probably cant even tre.
