A whole cucumber with hummous and rotisserie chicken with plain yogurt. I'm eating this shit every day cept maybe have smoked fish instead of the chicken or carrots instead of the cucumber. It's savage.

I got some chicken wings from my local butcher and made baked wings and a kale/berry salad for my wife and me. My wings were v-spicy buffalo and my wife's were a sweet garlic ginger asian jawn. I think I am the best.
