I don't like eating junk food anymore, except for nutella and chocolate milk. It's good for improving my diet, but it sucks because I can't exactly make a fruit smoothie in the middle of the night.

related: stoked on blenders and things that can be blended into a delicious smoothie.

I was going to say even those aren't too bad, but I got lazy. They've got plenty of essential nutrients, but also a lot of things I could do without, especially with how much of it I consume.

I haven't been on the Internet in a while, so I've been skating more.
I came on here today, and missed a Alaska vs. Ethnic Song argument and many other skating related news. But I should be skating.
The answer is Dutch Masters, you fat fucking catastrophe.

I had an awesome time in Philly with sweets and vicky, but my car got towed and I ended up with almost 300$ in fees and parking tickets.  And I just checked my bank account and I overdrew because of it.

I'm getting slightly anxious and panicky, so this is it:

Today I'm getting surgery on my meniscus, which is by no means ACL surgery or a knee replacement, but I'm fucking nervous and not looking forward to the next few days (fresh cut meat and all). I am stoked on the fact that it will let me get back on my board, because right now I'm fucking absolutely nuts, not being able to skate and all. I've been off for a couple of months now, and it's the longest I've ever not skated since 198motherfucking5. I've lost a decent amount of weight since not being able to skate, I'm pretty sure because I'm bummed out, but I am glad that I'll be back on board. My main goal is a planned skate session with Jim T next year (and hopefully including Mark from Slap and maybe Gipper and some more SF heads, nudge nudge?).

I'm not stoked on crutches, but I'm stoked on my long time real-life homie Spungo for going out of his way to show me some Yoga exercises that I'll use as a supplement to bike riding and other shit to get my knee bendy and shit.

Grim You will be fine! Thats a pretty "safe" surgery just a few small incisions and a few weeks rehab depending on the strength of your muscles. Also just start rehabbing as soon as you can and the like flexing your muscles if it's not to painful. Hope everything went good and stay up player!

blacking out infront of a virgin mary type girl and not knowing how cruel i was to her during the blank spot in my mind. i know it was probably pretty funny, but i feel bad for her having to watch everyone get so fucked up and puke on my blacony.

stoked that they're almost finished building the new skatepark in fort lee.
not stoked they got all the rules listed before its even opened.

the rules consist of having to be a resident of fort lee, going to townhall with a copy of your lease/rental agreement to prove you are a resident of the town, no outisde music, no ipods, you need full pads and helmets, no backpacks allowed(i guess they expect people to ride over there fully padded?) among other assorted nonsense.  its already sucks and hasn't even opened yet.

skating dreams.

They get me so excited about skating, but once I get outside, I quickly remember how bad I am in reality. I had this amazing dream that told me I could do switch fs 180 5-0 bs 180 out. Two years ago, when I had a box, I knew how to do switch fs 180 5-0s, so I thought it would be easy. I got to skating, and could not do anything.

I ate a spiced beef pizza, now my farts smell like spiced beef.

They are still farts but I'm stoked the shitty edge has been replaced with a subtle hint of spiced beef.
