Clive Owen would rip your asshole apart in bed. Christian Bale would probably ask for foreplay and a call the next day.

not a great movie but he killed it in Equilibrium.
if you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out.

I thought equilibrium sucked. The action was kinda cool I guess though.

haha, the story itself sucks, i mean its damn near regular but the fight scenes make up for it....sort of.

anyway, he was really good in the machinst(that movie was so crazed and worth owning) and definitely played a good batman.

BALE fucking rules. Every actor mentioned in here does also. Although anyone liking the Illusionist is suspect in my opionion.

The best part about Batman Begins IS how Bruce Wayne reminds you of Patrick Bateman. EPIC.

Dark Knight better be amazing. If Heath Ledger fucks it up, I'll be gunning for him... he's only a few blocks away. Cock.

ahh!  but the pat bateman in the movie is nothing like the pat bateman in the book.
the movie did not do the book justice.  seriously, watching that movie is like drinking a beer you don't like.

Can we please turn this into a Quote "American Psycho Thread"

Waiter: Would you like to hear today's specials?
Patrick Bateman: Not if you want to keep your spleen.

Patrick Bateman: I have to return some videotapes.

Patrick Bateman: Pumpkin, you're dating the biggest dickweed in New York. Pumpkin, you're dating a tumbling, tumbling dickweed.

Patrick Bateman: You are a fucking ugly bitch, I want to stab you to death, and then play around with your blood.

I think there are too many to even start listing.

I disagree. The Bateman in the film was as spot on as you're ever going to get. Yes the book is a million times better than the film, but as far as adaptations go: it's up there.

Whole chapters on Huey Lewis and the News and EVERY item of clothing any character wears described in full. You can't fuck with the book, but it's impossible to transfer that to film. Much like having someone's pussy eaten out by rats! Not gonna happen.

The Bateman in the book is only how you imagine him to be. Bale made a classic character out of a classic character. I applaud him for it.

just from the book

"The ax hits him midsentence, straight in the face, its thick blade chopping sideways into his open mouth, shutting him up."
