i am way skeptical of this movie. it looks like another shitty garden state psuedo indie shit fest but if it's recommended i might rent it.
just saw 'juno' this afternoon with my girl. i am in no way a cinemaphile -- in fact, generally i dislike movies. but this film was perfect from end to end. i dont have a single complaint. every character was consistent and believable, yet there was a pretty surprising plot twist involved. it was really well filmed, the storyline was interesting, it was a pleasure to watch. id even go back if someone else was paying.
we toked a marley and i split back to the park, minding my own busineess when a rollerblader mean mugs..i let it go.
there's this wonderful film called 'little miss sunshine', i think some of you guys would like it.
it looks like a good movie and i really think the guy from arrested development/superbad is funny....but it sucks that hes gotta play that same character for the rest of his career.
It was alright. I definitely agree that a lot of the pretentious, hipster, pseudo-intellectual dialog was annoying. I think I expected more out of it, but I don't regret seeing it. It was pretty good.

His 2 or 3 lines weren't at all funny but everyone in the theater was laughing their ASSES off (i think they *made* themselves laugh solely because Dwight K. Schrute was on the movie screen, and people usually associate Dwight with laughter...so they kinda felt obligated to give out a huge chuckle).

Steve Carrell is funny but the rip off is just not funny. No one is a comedic genuis like Ricky Gervaise. They sucked the soul out of his brilliant baby...
