I live on campus at UF right now, its a pretty wild situation.  A few protests have been going on over the last couple days and the University president is calling for an investigation into the actions of the UPD at the event.  Should be interesting to see how it is played out.

the cops didnt do anything wrong, it was standard protocol.  that being said, i think things should be changed.

That's pretty gnar. You'd think a group of 6+ people could detain one dude without going to such measures.

I started laughing though when Kerry proceeds to address questions whilst the dude is still kicking and screaming still in the auditorium.


But aside from all that riffraff, if anything, I'd think Bush should receive some unguarded, unfiltered questions, preferably administered by people wielding tazers.
