more than an appreciation, a discussion.

ive seen from various posts that bb and kellz are fans. ive been a fan ever since i got my snes for my 5th birthday. ive tried at least every title once but i seem to be really out of it. these later versions of the game have gotten me hella confused. the game doesnt seem to flow properly in the sense of a series i.e. mgs. on the contrary every game seems to be excellant, with the exclusion of majoras mask. that game was utterly shitty. i was talking to my younger brother today and theres something about dimensions changing or something. he came to the conclusion that at the end of twilight princess that there would (or should) probably not be a new title with link as the hero on the account that ganondorf is finally dead and link used "the last of his power." if that is it than i am all in favor for a new game with the same exact story line of link to the past but the game play of the modern.

Twilight Princess, I used to pretend to be asleep when I heard the woman wake up. I'd have enough time to save and turn it off.

Phantom Hourglass, that shame is no more. I just carry on like she's not there. It's not as embarassing.

Ocarina of Time was amazing and I did like Twilight Princess, but whenever I hear "Zelda," I think of this:

I often wonder where you get all these videos from all the time.

As for the game, I only played Ocarina of time, majoras Mask, The Windwaker and Twilight princess. I liked all of them and I think, like someone else already said, they should think of a new hero and story with similar feel and gameplay.
Anyone play Shadow of the Colossus? That was nice...

I got really sick at one point playing it. I think I dusted off the 64 when I was 18, put in the game, and started where I ended years ago. I sat in on a Reading week or something playing till it was done. It was as gratifying as losing my virginity.

I really need to get a Wii so I can play Twilight Princess. Hoping to get the new one for my DS next week. Been playing them from the start, my second all time game series behind Metroid.

Majora's Mask is my favorite 3D Zelda. Oracle of Ages is my favorite 2D, and favorite Zelda, all together. Every Zelda game is at least good.

majoras mask was fun to play, i just got over the story line really quick. it was a spin off game and it didnt seem like they worked on it long enough.

I think it is a really innovative game. Everything about it is unique. I guess a lot of people are turned off by that because everybody is always surprised/against Majora's Mask when I tell them it is my favorite.

I really liked majora's mask, it was way harder than the other 3D zeldas. Especially that last sand/mountain temple, and then the process of getting all the masks.

I have played, beat, and loved all of them, except for the new one for the DS, I do not have a DS (yet). I am partial to the original one on the NES though, I think it is my favorite. One of the best video game series of all time for sure.

I stopped buying computer games and consoles when the original playstation came out. With this in mind I was/am the biggest Zelda fan! Loved every Nes/Snes/Gameboy totle they brought out. I've played a little of the latter 3D versions at friends places. I remember being blows away when I first played the N64 version, and then again when I saw the Game Cube one... I NEARLY went out and got a Gamecube that week! The wii looks like mad fun, so maybe I'll "man" up sometime, and try this new generation of shit.

The thing I like about the wii is that it's just a fucking fun console. Not some game-geek's wet dream machine. No offence meant.

Man, computer game talk makes me feel old. And I'm really not.

I used to be a big Zelda nerd.
I had a Gamecube disc with Zelda I & II, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask.
Loved Ocarina of Time, even though it took me a year or so to beat 100% (all side quests, items, etc.) for the N64. The fucking Water Temple with adult Link was a bitch.
Majora's Mask was really good too. Got it the day it came out for N64. Then again with my Gamecube.
I was digging the whole Parralel universe feel of it.
The Wind Waker was good, but not what I was expecting. I liked the animation of it though, anc conductiing songs.
Unfortunately, I don't have any form of a Nintnedo system right now, so I have'nt even played Twillight Princess.
I've heard alot of good about it though.
I was never a fan of the Gameboy, Ds versions just b/c I can't get in to the game like I can on a full screen tv.

I hope my children talk about me like that.

Ocarina of Time is probably my favorite game ever.
