I like to take my tokes and then drink a big cold glass of water. It feels fantastic because, for some strange reason I associate food/beverage intake while high to take away some of your high. But drink the water and you're still feelin' irie. Food wise I usually try to get something proper going. Those meal in a bag deals of, like, pasta alfredo or whatever, maybe some spagetti or if I have it, the grocery store sushi. For chips it's a nice bag of Cape Cod chips and a tall boy of Arizona Rasberry tea.
