I don't know if anyone has heard of them
they're from Finland
the singer's voice in this band can cure cancer...
If you have an extra $.99 from an itunes gift card i suggest purchasing a song from them

Han solo blew up the Death Star in Episode 4.  Heard it from a friend.  Reliable source.

My girlfriend ripped the cd onto my computer, it's okay. I can't really get into it though.

I can't really sit around and listen to them, but they have a pretty awesome show.  Like a religious experience in a way, but no one can top Neurosis in terms of religious experience.

I recognize that it's good, but it's a rare occasion on which I'll actually want to listen to and enjoy their music.

sigur ros is pretty rad.....they make you feel like your on a cloud ::) just an interserting fact: lot's of there songs don't have real words.....the vocals are just considered an instrument.

They´re not from Finland, they´re from Iceland.

Ever heard of Wikipedia?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigur_ros

And no, no voice can cure cancer

They are saying that they have (created) their own language, but I guess it boils down to the same thing.

Takk is an awesome album, you just have to be in the right mood to give it a listen. Hoppipolla alone is just too good. Plus that song that was in The Life Aquatic is amazing.
