Nice. I saw some pairs at Marshall's for $49.99, but it was only size 11 and up. Wish it was my size to complete my Dunk High TRD QS.

I have also seen them for $60 or less at some outlets on an Instagram outlet page I follow.

Anyone tried the Huf Gillette?
Found a pair for dirt cheap, trying to decide if they are worth it.
How’s the fit?

Might need to size up if you have wide feet, or deal with em for a little if you get TTS. They're pretty alright.

I have four pairs. The leather ones especially need time to break in but once they are broken in, they’re lovely shoes. I haven’t skated mine though but for wearing around the office and walking about they’re absolutely brilliant IMO. The fit is snug but true to size. Best looking skate shoe IMO and I’m bummed that they discontinued it.

They were true-to-size but felt a bit snug with HUF socks. After a while, they expanded and were more comfortable. They're alright...thin, not much padding, good boardfeel, bad ventilation. The raised heel is just for looks and isn't something that I felt.

I have not skated them yet but I plan to.  Just had a good sized snow storm but there’s a park nearby that melts in a hurry.  These will touch nothing but clean skatepark concrete and griptape.

Based on feel and a few carpet tricks I think they'll skate well.  They’re fairly narrow and low volume over all so I get no heel lift even without lacing through the top eyelets.  Very little slop in these bad boys.  The gum sole with the retro-ish DC tread warms my heart and feels great on griptape.  I’ll keep ya posted but it’ll be a bit because of the weather and because my kiddo’s daycare is closed all week.

exactly the way they felt to me. loved the fit too.

first hour of skating it was so different to any other shoes i had in, let's say, 10 years? i could barely push around and ollie. then had a little break, switched the spot and i had one of the better sessions of my life!
just give it a little time. i really loved the support of the shoe mixed with the toe shape and thin sole in the front!

Yes, I loved that shoe and would have always skated the first three color ways exclusively if they kept making them. I have a pair unworn, in the packaging, as I wanted to keep some for my collection of team handsome shoes.

Awesome! I will try to get a pair to support him. I'm kinda in those late 90's early 00's vibes and I wanna wear some baggies and tech shoes hahaha

Sorry if its already been discussed but has anyone skated State's slip on? i like the look of them and the collar seems to sit higher than vans which is my biggest issue with slip ons.
