Its not that expensive, it feels almost 100% metal, good weight too it. I mainly got it because you could detach the blade and just display the hilt. I don't give two shits about swinging it around making sound effects

And I thought you were refering to the Shawshank bible, not the sabers? because in that case you'd better make one yourself, sick prop though

Just a nice pair of ceramic ear buds. They're normally around $80, but I got them for $10 on this site (http://www.accessorygenie.com/audiovisual-earbuds-c-5_89_123.html) with a promo code.

A blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope so I can play EMT at school.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

3 shirts from goodwill for 9 bucks and some change, and  8 Grumbacher watercolor tubes and charcoal pencils at a art store's "going out of business sale" for 6 bucks. Shit was picked over big time, but still happy with what I made out with.  Aside that a 6 pack of Tecate.

So the griptape on my skateboard started peeling off at the edges in shitloads again (second sheet of jessup ive had in a row to do this. Had like three defective sheets in a row last year when they had all those bad batches of grip out. Thought I'd give em another chance and they blew it. Fuck em, they lost me as a customer forever), and since the board im skating is still in good condition and is probably gonna last me a while, I decided to regrip my board. I ended up finding a sheet of black magic. I'm pretty stoked, haven't skated black magic in forever (last sheet i had was 07), mainly because it's so hard to find a sheet nowadays in my area. All I ever see around here is Mob or Jessup, or blank generic grip. Black magic always had the best quality stuff.

skating is all about choosing your outfit very deliberately, going out in public. looking super sick. and then riding your board a little bit
