if he would ever even get close to this pair of socks i am wearing right now after a heated session, he would worry about a lot of things, but not about his style on a sock.

6 months ago I started to read books again. had 2 books flying around here forever, that I recently finished - both written in english. on saturday I took myself 10 minutes and grabbed these in the english section of the bookshop. kinda decided for myself that I will improve my language skills a little bit more. took the hemmingway because it's a classic, the murakami because his writing is easy to understand and the other one because it has something to do with bicycles, haha

Good choices Matze.  Hemingway is great for people whose first language isn't English (and everyone else) because his writing is very straight forward.  The Old Man and the Sea is one of my favorite short stories.  You should read The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber.  It is my absolute favorite story of Hemingway's.  Check out Steinbeck too if you want to read some more American short stories.  Tortilla Flat and The Snake are two of my favorites.
I actually did hit another skater in the face with my shoe once at a demo doing a shoes fly off kickflip but he was cool with it.

Ebay. They came from England, but they were super cheap. I think like 5 bucks for both.

Thank you finknoos for reminding me about those shoes. I wanted them ever since they came out but wasn't spending 80-90 bucks. Checked a couple sites and Liberty had them on sale in my size. Plus some 20% off coupon, under $60 shipped. I hope I can enjoy them in a couple months if my damn foot will ever heal.
