A few questions

Can someone make me a sig with the background purple then white clowds and a rainbow above it? Or can someone tell me how to make them.

Also is Dutch a language or do Dutch people speech English.

And does anyone know where I can contact the Dutch artist "The Fool". I had a sick day dream and if I write him a letter hes gunna give me this sick ass painting and I Im somehow going to get rich and its going to be above the staircase to my shower.(Its the best shower in the world therfore it needs its own staircase)

Yeah, Dutch is language spoken by people in the Netherlands and Belgium.
