Only read this if you like go-nowhere bummer stories...Went to this awful houseparty last night.
Got weird vibes last time I was there but somehow got talked into going to it again. Saw this cute redhead from my class that ended last week, she never talked to me in class and I was expecting any attention from her there. But she tells me to come sit by her, then she says that she always wanted to talk to me at class and we kind of hit it off, she's all runnin' her hands in my hair-i have really good hair-I am wasted out of my mind at this point, she's completely sober for some reason. Then her super gay friend comes and sits on the other side of me, I've got no problem w/ gay dudes and don't want to put her off so i introduce myself to him. I late my guard down for a second and my "friend" greg comes and sits between me and gingerhead, which is weird as hell because we were getting prettty cozy. and greg is one ugly motherfucker, dude does not stand a chance with a girl this cute. so now i'm just trying to be personable w/ gay boy, which frankly gets a little bit uncomfortable. All the sudden he looks at ugly greg for a long time, gets all freaked out, runs over to the redhead, whispers something in her ear, she exits immediately. I guess they realize he's a "creep" or whatever. Since the only cute girl just left, i go upstairs to get stoned. the dudes that smoke me out are really depressing; all sickly looking and trying to get an extra guy to come with them to rob some house. I don't really ever get paranoid when I smoke anymore but these guys are weirding me out so i decide to leave. stop in the bathroom, while i'm in there here a fight breaking out right outside the door, this one stoner is like "i didn't know she's your sister!" and the other one, sobbing his damn guts out in front of like 100 people, is like "She's 15 years old!" and now i'm really freaked out, kind of a curb your enthusiasm situation where I'm too scared to leave the bathroom cuz these guys are reading to kill eachother over some sketchy shit and I'd have to walk right between them. Stand there totally baked in a disgusting bathroom for like 10 minutes, my only solace is that I pee in a shampoo bottle for some reason. eventually, i just suck it up and leave. everyone stares at me and the weird ass fight pauses. I didn't realize like a dozen people were waiting for the bathroom. now i'm getting clowned by these lameass stoners about being in the bathroom for so long. freeze my ass off walking home, realize i lost my key. stand outside for a fucking hour, not wanting to knock on the door of the first floor because those people that live there give me shit all the time about loud music/guitar etc, finally cave and knock. they get super pissed and it's a whole fucking thing, the big burly girl and her 5 foot tall boyfriend telling me they're gonna tell the landlord i smoke pot and am too loud. wake up w/ a splitting headache and basically have to go right to the library, where i am now, cuz i have to papers do tomorrow. these huge nasty black chicks sit down across from me they are being loud as shit and eating, which is about to make me puke cuz of the hangover.

Same here, that was a pretty good read. Reminds me of a lot of the awkward house parties that I've been to in the past that my friends are always dragging me too. Something crazy and weird like that happens at pretty much almost every one I go to, I've got stories for days.

if you sell shit on ebay DON'T have a return policy. people will take advantage of it to fuck you over. i had a 7 day return policy on a lot of my first auctions because i thought it would help me sell better with little to no feedback at the time. i have a shitload of positive feedback for these old pokemon cards and this one dude even left a positive feedback for the cards he bought from me. he requested a refund 4 days later and opened a case with ebay. they ruled in his favor. dude sent me back cards that he faked himself to sell the good ones i sent him to somebody he knew i guess. i don't know what the fuck to do. i still haven't sent his money back. i told ebay about it and i'm waiting for a response. what happens if i don't send the money back since he blatantly fucked me over but there's no real proof? do i just get a strike or some bullshit or will ebay suspend my account?

I had something similar happen...well I didn't sell any Pokemon cards is what I'm saying. Anyway, I sold something to a dude in Germany. He requested the slowest/cheapest shipping possible. I quoted him 4-6 weeks for delivery. He opened a case with ebay/paypal after two weeks saying he didn't receive his item. I even had a tracking number...but ebay ruled in favour of the buyer. They wanted me to refund this dude his money. I refused to pay, so they suspended my acct.

Woke up this morning and everything was covered in snow. "No chance of skating today" I foolishly thought. I decided to go into town to do some Christmas shopping and after taking the train in, everything in the city was dry and there was no snow to be seen. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUU

If I refuse to pay, that's all they will do? How long did they suspend your account for, indefinitely? Or did they have a certain time period? This shit is bogus, I'll deal with a few months of no eBay account to not get fucked out of the real cards first of all and then his money that I already spent that I was ruled to pay back even though he conned me out of it.

Yeah, my acct. has been suspended indefinitely. Paypal called a few times threatening me to pay up.

What sucks when dealing with this kind of thing is you never deal with the same person at ebay/paypal. So you are constantly repeating yourself. I'm sure your case isn't the first of its' kind. You should google it and see what comes up.
