ive figured out how to deal with summer, since its been 99-100 here for the past 3 days.

start sleeping in, til around 12. then instead of going skating, go swimming for a bit. thennnnn go grab some food, hopefully you'll be getting close to 5 or 6 pm and itll be cooled down, and then go skate. its been working for me on my days off.
