Insomnia. A couple of months ago I managed to quit the Zolpidem I used to take to shut my brain off and sleep by restarting smoking a couple of cigs a day, which is weird. Slept fine until I quit cigs too a couple of days ago and it's been hell. I don't even have the desire to smoke during the day or anything, I just can't sleep.
video tape yourself saving monks. dont just do it. make sure its caught on film.

The company I work for is transferring me to a location I specifically said I don't want to work at. This is coming only 4 months after they transferred me to a location I explicitly said I don't want to work at, and only like a month after they transferred me to my current location where I was actually happy enough.

The new spot is filled with fucking crazy people. I always compare it to the town meetings in Parks and Rec. Pro Life campaigners, customers who aren't 100% mentally capable (who aren't always that bad, to be fair), police informants, a rude charity conman who comes in every day... One of the other workers had to kick a guy out for watching porn and masturbating in the internet cafe a year or two ago. Travellers (gypsies) come in and steal shit often enough, but we can't kick them out.

The only saving grace is that I get to work right beside one of my best friends, so I'll have some good company when this shit goes down. That and I'll be in the city centre as opposed to an industrial estate, so I can go shopping and shit on my lunch break, which is now longer.

Woke up at 3 am having a lot of trouble trying to breathe. Like anytime I try to take a deep breath I have a sharp pain under my right breast and above the ribs, feels like the worst cramp ever. This happened to me a couple days ago but went away but now it's just too much. Basically have to stay up till 8 am so I can go to urgent care when it opens and see what the fuck is going on
[close]
Good luck, hope it's nothing serious and they attend you in a timely matter
[close]

Thanks for the words but now its 6:30 am and now I been able to take deep breaths without killing myself trying too. Maybe I had a bad dream and this was an anxiety attack but I never had an anxiety attack like this. Or maybe my chest was just a little sore because I been doing inclined push-ups lately

Probably both tobey. When I get anxiety attacks that's exactly how it feels at times. Then it's even worse because automatically your brain goes into "it's a heart attack" mode

Well it might not have e been anxiety but a full blown panic attacks.

Those really suck.

I've ended up in the hospital at least a few times, echocardiograms etc, but a dose of Clonazepam stops it almost instantly.

Hopefully for you, it's just an odd occurance because that shit is no fun to deal with

Seasonal affective disorder has my mind in the lowest of lows at the moment. Being trapped in Tennessee for the time being has me feeling pretty low as well.
Maybe I just need to get laid.

I used to post on slap a couple years ago. I come back and every time I post now I get kooked. Might just delete and check out slap when I get bored or something. I don't have anything to say that anyone wants to hear anyway haha.

Don't mind the haters bro. Post what your heart desires and don't listen to the hate.  I know it sux but try and not let it get to you.  I troll too but if someone tells me they get bummed on me, I apologize and respect them for being honest with me.  Most the time we just messing around anyway.  But I feel bad when someone gets bummed on me. I wish people wouldn't take this so serious, like when you make a joke and someone posts a reply back at you to just tell you your wrong.  Its like really?? It was just a joke man... but if you feel it necessary to post back to tell someone they are wrong(on a joke-post to begin with), than damn, I guess its important for some assholes to point out the pointless.  All the power to 'em.  Funny how I turned this into a personal rant, sorry guys.

There's a Monster energy can in my garbage. It wasn't there when I left Friday. Who came into my office and what did they do that involves Monster energy drink?

Slammed. My glasses flew off and I ended up sitting on them. Scratched beyond repair.

Yeah that definitely sounds like what it is. Bummer is now it's a thing that will probably happen to you a lot. I have to pop my own several times a day now. Feels good in its own terrible way.

The doctor I go to is a chiropractor and hes been helping me rebuild my ankle. Anyway yeah I don't think it was an anxiety attack cause I still had trouble breathing a few days after that but it kept getting easier and easier to breathe everyday and now it seems like it fixed itself. Might have been just too many push-ups. I workout at home and I use a curling bar and a bench press, so I would do like 2 or 3 workouts with weights and also a 100 push-ups with those workouts. Think my chest just needed a break

WHY? was written in spray paint infont of the wreckage. I sat and ponderd the question but couldnt come up with a answer. I could only attribute it to an act of nihilism.

i'm an existential detective and i think jocks or bad kids did it and you weren't the first skater on the scene. the first skater saw it and reached for his sidearm but of course he didn't have it skating so he found some paint in the trunk of his car and wrote that simple word to tacitly shame the perpetrator.
this sort of thing was going on for a while around my way. the suspects never came forward but their reign of wreck has ceased.

Drove my bike I thought i just fixed down to the park today. Skated for a couple of hours then was getting the bike started to get home. It’s a kickstart. While I was kicking it my kick shaft broke. I got it rolled off and made it about 3 miles from home before it broke down again. I had to push it home and got about 100 shinners from the foot rest peg on the way home...

Got some new eyeglasses after years of walking around squinting like George when he left his glasses on top of his locker and my depth perception is all fucked up, don't know if the prescription is too strong or if I just need some time to get adjusted but I'm starting to get really annoyed especially having to pay out of pocket for these things.

My girlfriend wants me to go on a double date with her sorority little and her boyfriend. Her little said that her boyfriend needs better friends and I'm just wondering on what the fuck that has to do with me. I only have 2 friends and I barely hang out with them, so obviously I don't have time for another friend
