Incredibly slow but if that's your thing it's pretty solid, if not it'll bore you to death.

You always see flashes of Hitchcock's humour in his movies, but this one was a regular knee slapper.

Scott Pilgrim was horrible. Not every goddamn comic needs to be adapted into a movie.

the making of tron - its as long as a full movie, and just about the most interesting/inspiring thing i can think of in the world of major hollywood features. its about the old one, how they just basically invented multiple types of ways to film/effects as they went along, directors near genius. a must watch, even if you dont care for the old film. the amount of work that went into tron is staggering. will never happen again.
I;m sure i;m not the only dc/monster/subaru type guy here

Saw The Stepfather remake today while being a pile. Wasn't a good movie really, but Amber Heard was in a bikini 95% of the time, and that was good.

EDIT: Just found out she's a lesbian, that grain of sand dream just died with the force of an exploding sun. How the heart bleeds.

Best of the year, beyond a doubt for me.

Agreed, just got back from it. Wow

I already want to watch it again. The acting, the script, the cinematography, the music, everything worked so well.

seeing Black Swan tomorrow, looking forward to it

About to watch:

Loved it. It's supposed to be a mockumentary, but everything just seems too real to be one. The movie makes you laugh, inspires you, saddens you, shocks you, and etc. Just everything a good film does. Watch this if you have the chance, it's on instant que for Netflix as well.

Best of the year, beyond a doubt for me.

Sadly it wasn't, according to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association; got robbbbbed somethin' big.
I really can't believe the Social Network won Best Picture, and I liked the darn movie.
Spray it like a high-rank sniper in the West Bank.

Watch this movie, it is very underrated. Ben Mendelsohn is an absolute heater in this, don't really know how else to describe him but hes sketchy as fuck.

Every performance was solid. A very intense movie all the way to the end credits. Watching it again soon.

Watched this last night. Really enjoyed it. Ben Mendelsohn was fucking incredible. Really unnerving performance. I can't believe he isn't more famous.

Great ending too. "It's a crazy fucking world". Sure is.

Has an epic soundtrack, one of my favourites for sure, 90% of the songs have been featured in Skate vids.

They've posted some pictures of the upcoming X-Men movie. Disregarded it until I heard it's directed by Matthew Vaughn, it might actually turn out really good. The film being set during the 1960s helps a lot.

ended up watching "Hunger" based off your recommendation Garth, really enjoyed it.

^ that scene blew me away, 18 minutes? fucking crazy. The first 35 minutes of the movie there was little or no dialogue at all, at most 3 or 4 lines, made the scene even more engaging. The scenes towards the ends were so cringe worthy I could hardly watch a lot of it. Great film
