Finally saw Inglourious Basterds last night in HD.  Hyped that I waited until I could see it in HD and that I didn't download the 1978 version or else I would have watched that first.  I have too many good movies to watch at the moment and not enough time.  Oh well, I'll knock them out one at a time when I can't do anything else due to the weather.

Have you seen Metropolitan?  I really liked it, made me want to watch Last Days of Disco and Barcelona again.

This is so great.  For some reason I have a massive crush on Natasha Lyonne, even if she somewhat resembles a muppet.  Awesome picks Nancy Chin.

Had been meaning to see it for a while, stoked that I did. Have to say it's pretty much Paranormal Activity if that movie wasn't a pile of shit.

I just saw The Road, and it was really good. I was afraid that it wouldn't be great, but they stayed pretty true to the novel and the cinematography was excellent. All in all a really, really disturbing movie (eventhough they let out some of the most graphic stuff).

at the theater - Fantastic Mr. Fox. really good, much much better than Darjeeling Limited.

and then last night at home I watched Touchez Pas Au Grisbi - French crime flick from 1954.
pretty cool, I would buy Jean Gabin a beer.

do you mean "Metropolitan?" Nah, "Disco" was my first introduction to the work of Whit Stillman. I'll be sure to check out his other two features. "Disco" definitely had a nice little rhythm...

I was an extra in a movie a couple months back, and Natasha Lyonne was the star of it. The day i shot my scenes was her day-off or something. I was bummed. Shes great.

Boondock Saints 2:All Saints Day was a whole lot better than i expected it to be. Tons of comic relief, but it really never seemed like too much. Great new character too.
Maybe I'm just so cool I wanna die.

...i play a dead guy. The best part of the whole experience was the make-up lady had to keep re-applying fake blood all over my mouth and she had big boobs. That was nice. Oh, free food too.

Final Destination.  This series is a guilty pleasure of sorts.  I didn't like the ending, but it upheld the same quality as the rest of the sequels.

Just finished watching this on tv, hadn't seen it in years and it was even more awesome than I remember it being. There's a part where they're being led into prison and some huge black guy shouts at Sylvester Stallone "Yo Tango! I'm gonna put brown sugar in yo ass!!" I found it hilarious.
