Fucking loved it. I rarely make the effort to buy movies, but I went out and bought this on DVD shortly after seeing it.

I rented this on Xbox Live and fell asleep about 3/4 through the movie. I forgot that the rental expired after 24 hours and I never got to see the end of it.  Gonna have to download it I guess.

I really just have no faults with it. Every time I watch it I'm reminded why it's one of my favourites for an entirely different reason.
I didn't like the ending.

Seemed like they had to rewrite the ending so they could cut the movie down by half an hour.

It's pretty abrupt, but with the absolutely incredible 25 odd minutes that precede it I'm led to overlook it.

i never got the whole abrupt ending hate

like people hating on eyes wide shut for abrupt ending

it's always artsy films that do it so there almost always a reason behind it

*spoilers*
I just didn't like the way he suddenly went "I've been running around with a bullet in my stomach for ten minutes. Good luck."

I think it would've been better if they hadn't shown the boat coming to pick her up an' all.

The rest of the movie I loved though. I just thought the ending was stupid.

i'll be honest i only watched the first half hour last night and fell asleep but it was definitely not like any movie i've ever seen.  you know that seinfeld where jerry's girlfriend only looks good in a certain light (two-face)?  that's sorta what the woman in this movie is like.  i can't wait to see how it gets terrifying, i'm already spooked from the images in the opening scene.

Well thank fuck for that. When he finds out it's his daughter, he probably would have said something retarded like "awww hell naaaww!!" Then again I doubt they would have even put that part in.

this movie was all right...  not as amazing as it's cracked up to be in my opinion.
