One of my favorites of all time.

John Wayne's a badass.

Sean Connery is in it also.

Depends, are you into David Lynch? INLAND EMPIRE is long and crazy.

Man, I remember the first time I watched Mullholland Drive and that monster behind Winkies pops up. Scared the shit out of me. Spent the remainder of the film dreading his/her appearance again.

I've never watched a David Lynch film. I know of his movies, and I hear Inland Empire, Eraserhead, Mullholland Drive, and etc are all good. But I've also heard negative reviews that completely shut down the movie. I'm just trying to get y'alls input if its worth a watch.

yeah, it's probably best to start up with something with a more straight-forward narrative, like Blue Velvet or The Straight Story. Wild at Heart, too.

As time goes on I seem to enjoy the movie less and less. The book is too good.

i agree the book is much amazing, you really get used to the language. Its weird how the book and film end pretty differently, with Alex in the movie being 'cured' so he can rape etc whereas in the book he decides he wants to settle down (having read/seen either in a while so my memory is a little rusty)
